Light My Fire

Recently released on Spotify is a live concert recording of The Doors "Live at the Isle of Wight Festival 1970." It really showcases the masterpiece that is The Doors, who were arguably the greatest American rock band to ever play. Though their run ended short with Jim Morrison's death in 1971, the Doors released eight albums in a less than five-year span. Their popularity cannot be doubted, and the brilliance of their sound has inspired many of the rock acts that followed them, including one of my favorite bands, The Strokes. This specific concert is well remastered and includes eight of The Doors' biggest hit songs in a stunning and masterful live performance.

I still haven't gotten any word on photo sharing, so here are my photos from Feb. 15-20 from events such as Swanville vs. Upsala boys basketball, Swanville girls basketball and Little Falls boys hockey playoffs.

Mad Love

Becky G (former teen pop star) helps out Sean Paul (former eighth grade dance playlist litterer) with a new song that has a catchy beat, flawed lyrics and is produced by David Guetta. Count me in! "Mad Love" includes typical Sean Paul Jamaican dance hall deliciousness, and I ate it right up. I almost jumped up to start dancing. I must say the only thing that will make me want to dance more than Sean Paul is the Ying Yang Twins. Forgive me for showing my age.
